  • Q: Do you have print catalogues with all of the parts on offer?

    A: No, we don’t offer print catalogues. We offer online catalogues that are easy to navigate. Yes for trees and the environment! All our catalogues are downloadable in PDF format if required.

  • Q: How private and secure is my information?

  • Q: Return Procedure

    A: In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, please complete the Online RMA Form or call Customer Services representative on (number TBA).


    Online - Please provide the following information about your order:


    - Your name

    - Your Email address

    - Your Contact Number

    - The Date of Purchase

    - Your Order number or PO number

    - The Part number(s) of the item(s) you want to return

    - The Part Description

    - A complete and detailed explanations as to why the part is being returned

    - A RMA number, along with return shipping instructions will be sent through email immediately after receipt of the fully completed form. An RMA number is required to track and process your return.

    - Please expect to be contacted by our support service specialists in case additional information is required.

    - If you do not have your order or PO number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

    - All items for return must be packaged securely. Please check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We will not be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.

  • Q: Freight Charge

    A: We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

  • Q: Refund Processing

    A: Refunds are normally processed and credited within 7 working days after our warehouse receives your part(s). Once the returned part(s) have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the item(s) you ordered. You will receive a credit approved e-mail the day your refund is processed. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.

  • Q: Core Returns

    A: Some products have a core charge associated with them. A core is a portion of a part that can be recycled or reused by the manufacturer. Doing this lowers the manufacturing cost of new parts and helps our environment.


    - For this reason, a product with a core charge/deposit has an additional charge associated with it. If your old part (the core) is returned to us in reusable condition, we will refund you the amount of the core charge/deposit. We will send you an RMA number and instructions on returning your core. Once you have the RMA number, simply mail back the core to the address provided along with a copy of your original receipt within 30 days.

    - Core returns must be for the exact same part purchased and cannot be damaged. Fluids must be drained. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the core back to our warehouse.

  • Q: Cancellation Policy

    A: Cancellations may be accommodated if both of the below conditions are true:


    - Order is cancelled within 15 minutes of order being placed.

    - Order has not yet been shipped.

    - Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been packed or shipped.

    - We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product. See our Return Policy for more details.

    - You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be cancelled after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email.

  • Q: Damaged Shipments

    A: Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse exerts all effort to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please call us immediately to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. See Risk of Loss (below) for additional information.

  • Q: Risk of Loss

    A: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

  • Q: What are your opening hours?

    A: Our opening hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturday (except Public Holidays). You can contact us via live chat, email, telephone, this website or visit us.
